Catalog Request
One important need for Speed Partz was the development of a database of customers.
FOZ Marketing implemented a Catalog Request page where site visitors could register to receive a free copy of the company's catalog. Catalog requests are mailed directly to Speed Partz for fulfillment.
In addition to collecting traditional mailing information, the request page also records the visitors e-mail address and the type of car they race. This information is useful for delivering more targeted mailings and e-mail newsletters.
